For about three decades, I've had the privilege of building a career in the dynamic and multifaceted diamond industry. My journey began at the age of 16 as a trainee in Mumbai, and since then, it has been an incredible ride across three continents, from Asia to Europe and now America, where I currently reside in New York (for now!). For the past 18 years, I have held C-level leadership roles, driving growth and innovation. What I love most about this industry is its ability to connect people and cultures. From sharing meals with factory workers to attending glamorous fashion launches, from holding my first diamond to negotiating multi-million-dollar deals, every experience has shaped my perspective and honed my skills. Living and working in diverse regions has taught me invaluable lessons about collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation. I thrive on taking on new projects, building them from the ground up, and watching them grow into something remarkable—before moving on to the next exciting venture. Passionate about my craft and the people in this industry, I remain committed to learning, adapting, and contributing to its ever-evolving horizons.
