✅Looking after Project and Development activities for all five Machine sections like Machine modifications/ up gradations, introducing new technology in existing system, enhancement of productivity with cost saving parameters, Proposal for New Paper Machine etc. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫- ★Discussion with all Engineering departments, OEM & consultants for basic & detail Engineering. ★Inquiry floatation, technical evaluation cum comparison of offers & discussion with suppliers. ★Making purchase requisitions, timely follow up with purchase department & vendors for in time delivery. Quality checking of material, discussion with erection contractors & wholly responsible for all mechanical erection & commissioning activities. ★All documentation work includes preparing budget sheets, ROI, Project schedule, presentations, reports, finalization of related drawings etc. ★Participation as a key member in a project review meeting and evaluating project progress and update to Project & Engineering Head on a regular basis ★Leading approved projects from papers to execution to achieve successful commissioning and targeted results.

✅Looking after Project and Development activities of entire unit in coordination with Project Head. Complete involvement in erection activities & also responsible for preparing the Master project schedule in MS Projects to achieve the decided commissioning date. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐎𝐮𝐭- ⦿ PM2 Rebuild- Replacing wire part's dewatering elements along with vacuum arrangement. - Frame change of whole Press Section and top wire. - Replacement of some dryers. - Installation of Turbulator Bars & replacing rotary of whole drying section. ⦿ Dismantling of old Rewinder & installation of New Rewinder of Higher Capacity. ⦿ New Sieving screen added into system to improve dust & sand removal efficiency, Fiber loss reduction in dust. ⦿ Alum dosing system added in pulp mill to reduce COB variation in paper. ⦿ Installed separate broke handling system for PM1 for developing new products. ⦿ PM1 & PM2 back water separation to produce special grade paper in both machines. ⦿ Bio gas use in power boiler. ⦿ Bailing machine installation to store more raw material in lesser space. ⦿ Capacity upgradation of Recovery Boiler from 240 to 260 TDS/D. ✅Supervised the standardize project definitions, resolved bottlenecks, improved operational efficiency of paper machine, pulp-mill. In addition, actively implemented environmental management programs for Unit. My work has enabled me to undertake high-impact tasks during my tenure, such as: ★I have successfully employed SAP Project Module and acted as a Lead Member for its implementation. ★Finalized technical specifications, procurements, scheduling, progress monitoring and manpower planning. ★Established and maintained standard processes including standard polices (Safety & Health Policy and Project Management standard).

✅Worked as Senior Project Engineer and involved in Erection and Commissioning activities of 300 TPD Hardwood fiberline (VALMET) and Chipper section. ★Coordinated workflow within the engineering team, executed mechanical engineering scope, reviewed mechanical drawing content, reinforced and promoted quality and safety standards, interfaced with client and vendor engineering staff of projects. ★Participated in the project 3D-Model review meetings. ★Study of P&ID, preparing flow diagrams, checking specifications and finalizing BOQ. ★Quoting of equipment and material-technical specification to different vendors. ★Study of different technical offers, making CSQ ★Lead, guide and motivate a team of fitters and operators to achieve excellence. ★To prepare daily work planning as per site situation for smooth flow of erection activity.

✅ Involve in erection and commissioning activities of two Kraft Paper Machines (INDIA). ✅ Inspection of machine section/ pulpmill equipment/ lines etc. & to make planning for the project work. ✅ Assigning of work to manpower, proper inspection of work and checking of job which gets final ✅To maintain the daily report of the site work & reporting it to Site Incharge
