BHN is a regional planning and coordination body for safety-net behavioral health service providers in Missouri's eastern region. I was primarily responsible for the regional implementation of the Emergency Department Enhancement Project, $1.2 MM a collaboration to reduce Emergency Department readmission. I was also responsible for ongoing coordination and data analysis for the unprecedented Hospital-Community Linkages project, facilitating communication and consensus-building across providers to reduce unnecessary psychiatric hospitalizations.
