BHN is a regional planning and coordination body for safety-net behavioral health service providers in Missouri's eastern region. I was primarily responsible for the regional implementation of the Emergency Department Enhancement Project, $1.2 MM a collaboration to reduce Emergency Department readmission. I was also responsible for ongoing coordination and data analysis for the unprecedented Hospital-Community Linkages project, facilitating communication and consensus-building across providers to reduce unnecessary psychiatric hospitalizations. I also worked actively with the Bridges to Care and Recovery and Regional Housing Collaborative efforts, building cross-sector relationships to fill gaps in St. Louis' safety-net system of care.

Collaborated with national KP leaders in articulation and communication of strategic vision for the Integrated Member Reported Health Information (MRHI) System through development of framework infographic and narrative documents, conducting key stakeholder interviews and strategic journey mapping

* I was one of sixty-five selected nationally to complete this nine month fellowship in Public Affairs.
