I was primarily responsible for the regional implementation of the Emergency Department Enhancement Project, $1.2 MM a collaboration to reduce Emergency Department readmission. I was also responsible for ongoing coordination and data analysis for the unprecedented Hospital-Community Linkages project, facilitating communication and consensus-building across providers to reduce unnecessary psychiatric hospitalizations. I also worked actively with the Bridges to Care and Recovery and Regional Housing Collaborative efforts, building cross-sector relationships to fill gaps in St. Louis' safety-net system of care.
