A range of activities varying from writing master plans for visual arts for regeneration areas, or policy advice for existing collection in public space, to advizing on funding applications from Utrecht-based art organizations, and proposing artists for new assignments. I was directly involved in the realization of an art work by Ken Lum for a multi-functional building in a regeneration area including an educational component, for an interactive sound installation by Nathalie Bruys for a new ‘music house’, and an integral floor/wall design by Tod Hanson for a sports hall.

To develop and organize exhibitions, newly commissioned art works with established and upcoming artists, and related events within the general concept of SMART Project Space as developed by its directors. To edit the serial publication SMART Papers. To manage the team and oversee technical and practical installation of exhibitions, as well as internships. To think along about the residency program and selection of artists. To represent the institution on all kinds of occasions. To generate additional funding for each exhibition as well as for structural subsidies.
