Developed HR Manuals of Operations/ Manuals of company policies and procedures/Employee Handbooks and has hands-on experience in developing and implementing SOX and ISO- compliant HR processes. Was also involved in labor relations functions, such as CBA negotiations and LMC’s, in unionized multi-national manufacturing companies
