Executive coaching for senior leaders (as an external, independent self-employed coach)

I consulted with the Head of Learning & Development to design a modular leadership skills programme in 2005. I have now run it for 12 cohorts of managers and have bookings through to the end of 2010. I am also acting as a Change Consultant with one team making sugnificant strategic changes. Further involvement includes: designing and running a Matrix Management workshop for European Managers, a Train the Trainer workshop for trainers from across Europe, a number of training design and confidence workshops and some motivations skills workshops.

German, French & Social Psychology BA (Hons) Extra curricular: Business Manager and saxophonist in a successful student 12-piece jazz and blues band. Organised various charity events raising thousands of £s for charity. Ran a student-faculty "society" and starting leading the democratisation process of it. Played in college first teams for football, hockey & rugby and captained 2nd tennis team. Acted in Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Trained and worked as a Student Helpline Counsellor.
