- Introduced new initiatives to expand FIRST robotics and STEM in London - Includes the first ever official WE FIRST London FRC Kickoff hosted on Jan. 9, 2016 and attended by 15 teams (300 students) and the first ever Jr. FLL Showcase. - Developed a workshop series for training mentors, school teachers and students about motors, encoders, pneumatics and various sensors. - As Senior Advisor, continued to aid in design, and mentorship while giving guidance to the new President.

- Organized all club activities including meetings, outreach, robot build and competitions. - Organized the first and second ever London FLL Qualifying Tournaments. - Trained and mentored high school FIRST Robotics teams in building robots and preparing for competitions. - Designed and manufactured pneumatic and motorized sub-systems for the robots to execute specific tasks. - Designed and assembled belt and chain drives using single-speed and double-speed shifting transmissions.

- Mentored Highschool FIRST Robotics teams to build their robots and to qualify on to the World Championships. - Managed logistics and organized the trips for teams to attend local and international competitions.

- Led the design and construction of a partially autonomous Mars Rover to compete in geology, maintenance, assistance and navigation tasks at the Canadian International Rover Challenge in 2018

- Instructor for the Mechatronic weeks of Western Engineering's Summer Academy for 2 weeks each summer. - Taught week-long workshops in building an Arduino-controlled walking robot with 20 high school students. - Developed a template code for the robot utilizing photoresistors as vision sensors. - Lectured on electrical components, soldering, Solidworks and programming. - Helped the students troubleshoot their circuit boards and code.

Constructed a two-wheeled self-balancing robot as a part of 2-person team in 36 hours.
