-Assist in managing accounts payable operations; including enforcing procedures, policies, and ensuring SOX compliance. -Perform month-end accounts payable journal entries including accrual and prepaid accounts. -Perform prepaid expense accounting and amortization setup as well as related account reconciliations and reporting by expense destination account -Prepare vendor and employee payments on a weekly basis. -Review coding and approval of invoices for compliance with capitalization policies. -Manage the W-9 process and 1099 reporting -Coordinate and meet with budget owners to ensure expenses are recorded in proper periods and respond to financial questions/concerns to meet business needs. -Manage credit card programs and prepare credit card reconciliations on a monthly basis. -Review coding, support, and policy compliance for expense reports.
