* Helped update and groom the Firm’s Client Relationship Management system – InterAction Windows Client * Assisted cleaning up the former company relationships for client personnel. * Updated phone number formatting for US & International clients and personnel. * Reviewed, researched, and updated the data for ‘New Contact Review – People’ List to promote them in the system. * Processed tickets generated by changes made in the system, by approving, rejecting or updating after research.

* Audited library books to ensure that they were properly coded and inputted into the EOS system. * Created invoice spreadsheets to accurately track and reconcile vender payments. * Assisted in firm’s efforts to move towards a “Future Library” by investigating and researching all aspects of the concept; to be used in cost analysis / planning meetings. * Reviewed library inventory to determine if online versions were available. * Mastered Several Library Systems including EOS System, VERN, Hein Online, and LexisNexis.
