Key Responsibilities: - Proactively manage the entire basestyles development process, from inception to fruition, partnering seamlessly with Design, Product Line Management, Technical and Quality team. - Fostering proactive cross-functional communication, identifying enhancement to increase the intrinsic value of products. - Engage in diligent cost reviews and negotiations with Suppliers to secure optimal prices and ensure product margins. Leading the Costing Project to improve and optimize how costing is conducted. - Leading the Digital Sample Creation initiative to shorten development leadtime, reduce amount of physical samples to align with Puma's sustainability goals
