* Sales Duties: - To develop, establish, and maintain high-level business relationships with internal and external partners for the completion of daily business and the attainment of future growth. - To implement sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets as set by the company. - To develop new markets, build a good relationship with customers. - To be responsible for debt collection and overdue orders. * Distribution management: - To expand the company’s market share through extending its distribution network and recruiting new customers, while retaining loyal customers through maintaining good relationships. - To plan the marketing strategies for the distribution network. - To decide the number of imported products from sites. - To organize and conduct seminars, organize exhibitions, and symposiums including visiting design institutions in order to promote the company’s product in the target markets. - To collect market information, competitors, and perform pricing analysis.

• Develop service procedures, policies, and standards. • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions • Analyse statistics and compile accurate reportsRecruit, mentor, and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment • Support to organize company events (year-end party, summer trip, annual health-check, patient day, v.v.)

- Operate and control the electric system in Power plan at the site in safe manner. - Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. - Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. - Start and shutdown various equipment properly and safely by following established operating procedures to meet product specifications. - Check, verify and report any abnormal condition of machinery and equipment by way of sound, vibration, leaks, temperature, pressure, etc
