- Manage footwear planning of Vietnam Northern factories for ON - Be responsible for factory OTD & involved KPIs - Drive capacity & production planning to fulfill demand & launch date on time, coordinate cross-functional teams and factory / mill to resolve issues & improve performance

- Lead a 30-member Merchandising team; manage end-to-end product lifecycle from development to bulk, ensuring alignment with brand requirements. - Apply strong understanding of product construction, consumption, and FOB cost drivers to support pricing, margin control, and commercial decisions - Translate demand into production plans; drive execution via WIP control and proactive risk management on delivery - Partner cross-functionally (suppliers, sourcing, demand, IMEX) to secure lead time, optimize cost, and meet compliance (traceability, sustainability, tariff) - Own delivery performance; consistently achieve >98% Bulk and >95% SMS - Manage strategic global accounts (On Running, Under Armour, Gymshark, Puma, Li Ning), handling up to 10M pcs/year across categories - 8-year tenure with 5 years in management, demonstrating progression and leadership impact

+ Provide reliable services to existing clients, and develop new sales opportunities + Expand new customer base by exploring digital platforms and direct sales channels. + Responsible for order tracking and resolving issues related to shipment, customs clearance, and freight forwarding
