Main responsibilities: - Managing all the suppliers in supply base plant from new projects to Mass productions - Take responsibility of the price/ schedule delivery/ duty for all suppliers of plant - Running the project team sourcing for searching new products/ searching for new suppliers. Finding the best source for new projects. - Running Sustainability projects with other departments - Cooperating with RD/ ENG/QA/PRODUCTION department to develop new project/ new suppliers. - Running for localizing projects to reduce the risk of transport for foreign suppliers - Negotiation for yearly reduction Achievements and skills gained: - Remain 2nd sources for key components - Yearly negotiation with payment extension from 30 days to 60, 90 days with key suppliers, and reduction price 5% for top 10 Raw materials·

Main responsibilities: - Receive orders from Customers, fix cost, make plan with factories; - Confirm the order with customers - Allocate the orders to the Factories based on their capacity and price, follow their productivity to ensure to ship products out on time - Work with supplier in global for material (price, delivery, capacity) - Purchase material for factories (if need) - Control material stock with outsourcing orders - Following sample to submit to customer on time -Work with Forwarder for the shipment (when need) Achievements and skills gained: - Promote from officer to Senior in 2018 - Met Revenue target for the team in 2020 USD15M, 2021 USD18M
