Managing the Site Search Team, Oversee the team responsible for finding Business location spaces according to the company's criteria, negotiate with landlords on rental prices and lease agreements, represent the company in signing rental contracts, handle any arising issues before and after leasing, negotiate lease renewals for contracts nearing their expiration, work with local authorities to address any site-related issues, manage and monitor rental contracts, and resolve any issues that occur during the rental period.

Seek out clients who need to rent office spaces, understand their needs, assist them in viewing the most suitable offices, support negotiations on rental prices and lease terms, assist clients in signing rental contracts, manage any arising issues before and after signing the rental contract, and provide customer care after the client has moved in.
