- 9+ years of experience in new product development and technology transfer projects - Launching up successful ~35model Printer at Canon - Electric Leader (9 persons). - Chief of New Product Introduction(NPI) for electrical side, overall master schedule to launch up new product. - Manage progress about design, debug, transfer, setup, verify Jig/Tool at PCB and ASSY for all project. Ensure catch up schedule launch up new product - Window contact with Japan and Thai Land about technical matter, DE phase, Jig quality improvement, prepare Jig/Tool for new model launching. Exchange new technology and sharing information between factory in Canon Inc. - Good understand of CPK-FMEA-FPY. MP Ramp-up Strategy

- Electric Leader (Leading 5 members) - P.I.C New Product Introduction(NPI) for electrical side - Developed standard workflows for engineering teams, clear roles for product/process/design engineers - Leading FPY activity at Factory. Co-operate with all Dep’t, line installation and MP improvements, achieving 99% yield within 6 weeks after MP production start - Audit maker and development domestic parts supplier.

- Design Jig/Tool of electric side for new product launch up - NPI (New Product Introduction) - Trouble shooting- problem solving& for all related issue of quality, technical due to machine, jig/tool assembly on production line during the trial & pre-MP phase - Build operation instructions for production line, machine setting condition
