I head the Human Resources for Crane Worldwide Logistics Singapore and is responsible for both Strategic and Operational HR across the various HR functions. Develop, implement and promulgate HR strategies, policies and initiatives with the objective of talent attraction, development, motivation and retention.

GAC specializes in the delivery of high quality shipping, logistics and marine services to customers worldwide. Emphasising a long-term approach, innovation, ethics and a strong human touch, GAC delivers a flexible and value-adding portfolio to help you achieve your strategic goals. I head the Human Resources & Administration department for GAC (Singapore) Pte Ltd. The role involves both operational and strategic HR with the objective to attract, develop and retain talent in GAC, Singapore.

Perform the various functions in Human Resources which include recruitment & selection, training and development, performance management, compensation, rewards & benefits and employee relations. Partner departments in HR needs and provide HR advisory. Perform environmental scanning, promulgate and review HR policies, initiatives and processes with the objective to ensure progressive HR practices and high employee engagement. Responsible for the processes in the various stages of the employee life cycle from on boarding to exit.
