Teaching assistant for class: Organizational Behavior and Leadership. My responsibilities are: 1. Assisting faculty with classroom instruction, records, quiz and assignments. 2. Grading quizzes. 3. Arranged class visit to TSMC and Hsinchu Science Park museum. 4. Maintain engagement with students.

I'm in charge of import purchase for 4 companies in the group. I'm buying a wide range of materials and products such as : plastic components, hot melt adhesive, non woven, polyester foam, roll tap, tools (nut, bolt, other technical stuffs), dies, machine, machine's parts and other machinery stuffs, NBR, Asbestos, Non Asbestos, Steel Bestos, Silicone Rubbers, ISO, Polyether Polyol, Poly Urethane, Mask Materials (non woven, ear loop and nose strip), and other materials needed by the factories. - Compare and evaluate the offers from vendors - Develop and negotiation with vendors (suppliers & forwarders) - Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing - Great configuration experience with SAP MM Module - Make purchase orders - Track orders and ensure time delivery - Maintain the relation with existing vendors - Find new vendors online independently incase of unavailability of raw materials - Attend and present the import department in management review meetings every 3 months
