Responsible in monitoring of FSSC 22000 implementation across the plant, overseeing materials inspection upon receiving, monitoring non conformances and executing correction/corrective action, performing monthly plant inspection, participating in internal, external and supplier audits, coordinating with external party for verification and calibration of process and equipment, planning and conducting food safety related trainings for workers, planning and conducting process validation, executing any other tasks assigned by superior.

Responsible in monitoring the implementation of GMP, HACCP and ISO 22000 in plant, participating in the development of FSSC 22000, overseeing materials inspection upon receiving, monitoring & investigating non conformances occurence and report accordingly to superior, participated in internal, external and supplier audits, supervised internal calibration program, preparing and conducting trainings for workers, and carrying out any other task assigned by superior.

Responsible in preparing and conducting food safety related trainings for workers, reviewing food safety documents and verifying procedures with actual practice, assisting executives in process validation & testing, and carrying out any other tasks assigned by Food Safety Team Leader.

Responsible in providing safe food products to customers, coordinating FHT classes and TY2 injection for all food line staffs, conducting daily checking on products receiving, department cleanliness, facility, product quality and expiry date, ensuring no pest infestation in store, ensuring raw materials and food products are well stored, conducting cross internal audits as arranged by HQ, conducting Halal Surveillance Audit as part of AEON's Halal Assurance System.
