Support implementation of SaaS payment projects on PowerCARD 3.5v/4v for clients in Europe, the Caribbean, and APAC. • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with System Integration Testing (SIT), validating end-to-end flows across both issuing and acquiring. • Analyze transaction flows and support troubleshooting during testing and post-go-live production phases. • Assist with scheme certification processes (Visa/Mastercard). • Execute and monitor load and performance testing to validate system scalability, stability, and readiness for production. • Coordinate go-live preparation and post-deployment support, ensuring smooth transition and operational readiness. • Facilitate communication between clients, technical teams, and operations, translating functional requirements into actionable validation steps. • Coordinate risk tracking and change management activities throughout project execution.

Developed a Python-based reconciliation tool to match bank General Ledger (GL) data with scheme reports (e.g., Visa, Mastercard). Implemented a report-parsing engine to standardize multiple scheme report formats and automate macro reconciliation. Built a Streamlit web interface allowing operations teams to upload files, validate formats, and run reconciliations through a simple UI. Implemented flexible micro-reconciliation using entity-resolution algorithms, enabling configurable matching thresholds and classification of high- to low-confidence matches.

• Reproduced, analyzed, and resolved software defects through full lifecycle: build, test, validation, and merge. • Contributed to QA and validation processes in Linux-environment using Docker-based deployments.
