About

I’m a Finance and International Studies student who is deeply passionate about youth development, leadership, and global engagement. Over the past years, I’ve dedicated my work to supporting young people whether through research, coaching, or creating spaces where they can grow and express their potential. As a MUN Trainer and Faculty Advisor, I work closely with students to develop their public speaking, critical thinking, and diplomatic skills. Guiding teams, building confidence, and watching young leaders step into their voice is one of the most meaningful parts of what I do. My interest in youth development goes beyond practice. I also conduct research focused on how skills, opportunities, and community support shape the success of young people in Morocco and Africa. This has pushed me to build youth-oriented initiatives that aim to provide mentorship, exposure, and real chances to grow. Across everything I do research, training, leadership, and community projects my goal is simple: to empower young people to access opportunities and become confident, capable leaders in their own paths. Always open to connecting, learning, and collaborating on youth-focused, educational, or international projects.
