1. Recruiting Local and overseas all nationalities (Sourcing, Screenings, Selecting, Interviewing, Interviewing Evaluation, Job Offers with negotiating, Contracts, Onboarding including Engagement, filing, introduction, Orientation, Probation period, Joining checklist, Qiwa Contacts). 2. Maintain the Saudization percentage between the Middle and High green level. 3. Handling the Training Programs (Coop Training, Tamheer & Summer trainings) for all departments, eternal & external training. 4. Developing the Hiring and Onboarding process. 5. Handling HR Internal & External audit. 6. Handle the HR Trainees training, make a training plan with HR members and supervise their training. 7. Updating the Annual Leave Plans for all departments. 8. Developing the Salary Scale, the employee performance appraisal. 9. Handling the development and the changes in the HR department with direction by the HR Manager & Director. 10. Handover from my colleague to cover her role in employee Relations (Leaves, Employees Letters, Warnings, investigations, Offboarding process (Eon of Service Benefits, Experience Certificate, Separation from the system, Clearance, Handover)). 11. Developing My Knowledge & Skills in Payroll.
