Evenex is a Danish company specialized in EDI and eProcurement Achievements: As Head of Engineering I am Line Manager for six SW Architects, Framework Development Managers and SME's located in Denmark. Also responsible for smooth and efficient operation of the offshore teams and efficient corporation between local and offshore teams As Program Manager I was closing down operations in India without losing development capacity before the final day. At the same time, building new teams in Manila and Tianjin together with external partner. The teams has reaches a size of 50 people and is able of handling almost all of the company’s SW development and maintenance effort As a Project Manager I lead local development and at the same time building offshore team in India. With offshoring, focus has been on team establishment, process development and knowledge transfer Locally the focus has been on establishing sufficient process, especially related to the interfaces to other departments and functions and driving cross functional planning

* The Danish national consumer agency is responsible for testing consumer goods in own laboratory * Responsible for specifying, building and verifying new test systems. Project Manager in newly established laboratory. Responsible for budgeting and purchasing of measurement and data acquisition equipment. Responsible of calibration of the laboratory’s electronic measurement equipment. Participating in European standardization of specific consumer goods. * Achievements: * As project manager, ensured that first series of tests was delivered on time from newly established laboratory * Evaluated externally developed testing laboratory and reported major improvements areas * Strong contribution to changing old processes throughout laboratory * Established laboratory for in-house temperature calibrations fulfilling the requirements for EN 4001 accreditation * Lead reconstruction of two laboratories, resulting in higher capacity and more accurate results
