I worked for Necsa, 3.5 yrs as a project coordinator, (Manufacturing of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, and any other steel work), analysing engineering drawings, procurement, bill of material, and the actual manufacturing of components. I, then worked for Clyde Bergemann Africa, as a Project Supervisor for the upgrading of Impala Platinum smelter, Installation of Pneumatic Systems, PD & FD Pumps, Sootblowers for power stations. And finally worked for Steinmuller Engineering Services as a Project Engineer and Acting Project Manager for the Manufacturing and Installtion of the Elements, Boxing ans Screens for Eskom Kriel Economiser Refurbishment Project. The job entails giving technical support to the project team, red lining of drawings, quality control systems and managing sub contarctors. Interacting with the client on daily basis, in the form of giving progress feedback and plan for the next activities.
