● Providing the required finance for the customers to start rebuilding their accommodations and renewing home decoration and home appliances ● Providing sales reports and updates to management ● Coordinating with other sales advisors, team members, and departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.

● Offering necessary funding to customers to initiate the process of rebuilding their residences and upgrading home decor and appliances. ● Resolving customer complaints or directing them to the appropriate department for further assistance.
