Red Sea Development Project (TRSDC) Sheybarah South Island Hotel 10 Sheybarah South Island (10-1), Hotel #10 is an 73key 7-star hyper luxury resort located on the untouched South Island in the Red Sea Area in Saudi Arabia on the most external edge of the Saudi Arabia coastline in the Red Sea. The project is one of the most distinguished of all the luxury destination projects which is being developed by The Red Sea Development Company (TRSDC) and is part of phase 1 of the development. The exquisite Sheybarah South Island Hotel offers a unique off-grid experience for its visitors, in addition to a high end under water experience unparalleled to anywhere else in the world. Sheybarah South Island is home to one of the world’s few pristine coral reefs. The development will include the following facilities but not limited to; 73keys with 38 water villas and 35 beach villas, Arrival & FOH including Yacht Piers, BOH including Service Pier and staff accommodation, F&B, MEP and Solar Farm, Spa& Café, Mangrove Observation desk, Diving & Kayak Centre and Executive Staff Villas.

King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) is a master plan development positioned to become Riyadh’s new Central Business District (CBD). It comprises approximately 33 million sqm. of floor space, combining real estate areas, offices, retail units, residential units and hospitality. KAFD is set to be the main enabler of the KSA 2030 vision. The development will be connected to the city’s Rapid Bus and Metro Networks.

Thakher City Development Project The Thakher City site covers over 30 hectares of land in the northen part of Makkah, north of the Second Ring Road and Al Hujun and to the west of Al Haram Road, In addition to 79 individuals hotels serving a projected 160,000 pilgrims, 10 serviced apartment towers and a 60,000m2 retail development, 8 residential towers are planned. These towers, while maintaining a harmonious relationship with the defining aesthetic of the pedestrian network and the hotels, are distinguished by a more muted color palette and a refined, sophisticated level of finish befitting a luxury residential property. The Residential Prototype (Parcel A86) is located at the Southern edge of the Thakher City site. The other 7 residential towers will be base on this prototypical design, with minor alterations to account for site particularities. The Residential tower is a mid-rise multi-family residential tower with some shared facilities at the lower levels, including a public lobby, lounge, prayer hall, and below-grade parking facilities.

Jabal Omar Development Project The third phase of the Jabal Omar scheme will involve two zones – N1 and N6A - with a built-up area of approximately 412,000 M2 consisting of 2 Podiums and 4 Hotel Towers. The Podiums will embed commercial and retail areas, car parks, hotel lobbies and technical areas. The tallest Twin Towers with 42 floors (Makkah Gate) are a 5 stars hotel later operated by Hilton, while the other two 33 floors towers are 4 stars hotel to be operated by Double Tree. The Hilton Twin Towers shall be linked by a 2 floors sky-bridge to be used as a "Musallah" or Prayer Hall overlooking Al Masjid Al Haram. Moreover, the two Podiums are connected by an underground tunnel below a pedestrian boulevard.

Lamar Towers Height of the project is 310 meters. 410,000 m2 total built-up area. The project encompasses two residential towers of 70 and 61 floors respectively and 13 levels of podium, including G+2 of retail, 10 levels of commercial use, one spa level and two basement levels.

The project consists of 270 two-story villas attached and semi attached villas with different sizes and includes all the necessary services from car parks and water tanks and green areas and recreational areas, and so on
