Coordination of the design and implementation of NRGI’s strategy and programs in Francophone West and Central Africa, with a focus on Senegal, Guinea and DR Congo.

- Provide technical assistance to the government and civil society organizations (CSO) on the governance of extractive resources and revenues, including on regulation adaptation and implementation. - Deliver capacity building to the government, civil society organizations (CSO) and mining companies, on the governance of extractive resources and revenues, including on tax, revenue management, corporate social responsibility, non-fiscal benefits/local content/impacts, economic diversification, economic structural transformation. - Perform economic research on extractive resources and revenues in Guinea - Build partnerships with donors, academia, and CSOs, including with EITI and PWYP, to advance the transparency participation and governance agenda in Guinea - Coordinate the NRGI Guinea country strategy design and implementation - Monitor budget design and execution - Manage NRGI Guinea team

- Founded the Africa Division of Sciences Po Alumni in 2011, within the International Affairs Group. - Launched the Africa Division activities with the first visit of the newly elected Guinean President Alpha Condé (an Alumnus) to Sciences Po, in 2011. - Managed the Africa Division for five years, initiating the Exper'Afrique Workshops and a series of events.

Hydroelectric project sponsored by State of Cameroon, EDF, IFC and Rio Tinto Alcan : $1bn, 420MW. - Coordination of the implementation of the project's societal strategy, under IFC societal performance standards. - Establishment and management of the environmental and societal team of the project made up of sociologist, environmentalist, agronomist, local development expert, geosystems expert, etc. - Organization of consultations with local stakeholders: administrative, municipal and traditional authorities, community-based organizations, local populations in the project area made up of five divisions, six subdivisions and communes, and 45 villages in the Center region. - Coordination of the drafting of the Stakeholder Engagement Plan, including a Grievance Management Mechanism. - Preparation and monitoring of economic, environmental and social studies: health and safety studies, social influx, local capacities, impact on sand exploitation, support plan for fishermen, land inventory prior to expropriations.

- Assessment of the societal performance of multinational corporations and their contribution to a sustainable development in emerging countries : Research agreement with TOTAL for Nigeria, Danone for Indonesia and Mexico, VEOLIA for India, and with the French Development Agency (AFD) - Building indicators for the measurement of the impact of their activities and development programmes on local communities : poverty exit, economic empowerment, relational capacity. - Analysis of CSR and Sustainable Development strategies of oil multinational corporations in Nigeria. - Monitoring of the societal programmes of oil multinationals in the Niger Delta, with stakeholders (companies, government, local communities and civil society) on various criteria : effectiveness of the implementation, sustainability of implemented projects, capacity of the projects to eradicate poverty through an endogenous and inclusive growth, social justice in expropriations and compensations. - Coordination of qualitative and quantitative surveys to hundreds of people in and around oil plant host communities in the Niger Delta in Nigeria, with mixed teams (many nationalities) of ten surveyors. - Publication of scientific articles and participation to international conferences .

Developed bilateral economic and business relations between France and Central Africa: - Developed a network of local contacts in public administrations and the private sector (Industrials, Transportation, Mining, Utilities and Environment) - Identified and selected local business partners for French companies, and vice-versa. - Provided economic information on business opportunities in Central Africa to French businessmen and economic organizations. - Organized business travels in France for local businessmen and vice versa, for French Business Confederation (MEDEF) and French Chambers of Commerce. Analyzed sectors trends, business opportunities in the Central Africa. Analysis published in: - "La Lettre d’Afrique Centrale" (the Central African Newsletter), monthly bulletin with economic information and business opportunities in the region, under paying subscription - Publications such as “Export in Central Africa” and “The Central African public works and construction market” (461 pages, Sept 08) describing the structure of the market. Monitored the quality of services provided to french companies in Africa: - Trained people in our Central Africa offices (Yaounde-Brazzaville-Libreville-Kinshasa) on the Quality Management System ISO 9001 to enhance the quality of services provided - Performed Quality Audit in the main French Economic sections in the sub-Saharan Africa network : South Africa, Nigeria, Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, Gabon, Kenya, Madagascar, Congo, Angola, Ghana, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe.
