Prior to joining Archer, Eric worked for EY where he served as a Managing Director at EY (Ernst & Young), where he led a practice of consultants responsible for implementing GRC solutions across multiple verticals such as banking and capital markets, insurance, power and utility, energy, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and technology. In his role, Eric focused passionately on implementing strategies, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit and account management, and strong negotiating skills. In addition to leading the practice, he sold and led large scale engagements including GRC vendor selections, current state assessments and future state roadmaps, and technology implementations. As a leader in his practice, Eric also helped in the development and mentoring of his team, served as a global GRC champion, and thought leader across the firm. Prior to joining EY, Eric worked at Archer Technologies, where he had responsibilities in product management and leading global strategic alliances. Prior to Archer Technologies, Eric worked for CA (Computer Associates) as a principal product manager for the eTrust vulnerability manager and policy compliance products, and eSecurityOnline, an Ernst & Young LLP venture.
