Herm Medina

With 30 years in the signage and design-build industry, and 25 of those at YESCO. I’ve dedicated my career to building teams, systems, and projects that stand the test of time. As Area Manager for the Denver branch, I lead every facet of the business: sales, design, permitting, project management, fabrication, and installation, while maintaining full P&L accountability. Throughout my career, I’ve been honored with multiple national design awards, including recognition from Signs of the Times and the International Sign Association. Yet my greatest point of pride has been guiding the growth and performance of YESCO Denver, strengthening margins, streamlining operations, and mentoring a talented team of professionals who deliver on our reputation for excellence. What defines my leadership is a balance of creativity, discipline, and collaboration. I believe great signage is both art and infrastructure: it builds identity, connects communities, and drives business results. My focus remains on sustaining YESCO’s long-standing leadership in the industry while continuing to create projects that leave a lasting mark on the built environment.
