Working with a Neurologist in the heart of Los Angeles installed in me the passion to grow as a prospective physician & the urge to help all underserved individuals. Under the supervision of the M.D, I had the opportunity to nurture my knowledge about diagnoses & come up with appropriate treatment plans with the physician for various of neurological disorders that affect the brain, spinal cord, and nerves. Diseases includes cerebrovascular disease, stroke, Lou Gehrig’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, epilepsy, encephalitis, meningitis, and autoimmune disorders.

Clearly education is todays tool of defense. As someone who is compassionate about knowledge, I had the privilege to work at a local High School to tutor students from the 9th-12th grades in all subjects.

The Philosophy club at UCR provides a fun, friendly, and informal environment where anyone can come together to discuss, exchange ideas, and pursue the examined life among a community of friends. The club helps members develop analytical, critical, and interpretive skills through philosophical dialogue, readings groups, and presentations so that our members may develop their ability to clearly express their ideas in a well-organized and systematic fashion. Our goal is that after every meeting our members have a better understanding of themselves and their world.

At the retail organization, I enhanced my communication, problem solving, and customer service skills. I made phone calls to current clients, formed new clienteles, enhanced customer satisfaction, greeted clients, familiarized myself with the company's products, assisted the manager with store cleanings, double counted daily revenue, rand up clients, raised companies sells, accomplished beyond daily/fiscal goals, and received employee awards.

Aim to achieve this goal through partnering with motivated individuals in poor communities working to improve their access to MEDs: Medicine, Education and community Development. MEDLIFE believes access to quality healthcare is a basic human right.
