Responsible for leading Colbún's market entry strategy and business development initiatives in Brazil, reporting directly to the CEO. Led the identification, evaluation and structuring of investment opportunities across renewable energy, infrastructure and energy transition sectors, including M&A opportunities, strategic partnerships and greenfield developments. Established relationships with investors, financial institutions, developers, regulators and major energy consumers, supporting the company's long-term growth strategy in one of Latin America's most relevant energy markets. During this period, built and advanced a pipeline exceeding 20 GW of opportunities across hydro, wind, solar and hybrid projects.

I report directly to the Global CEO of the company, with responsibility for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while structuring the company’s operations for the Brazilian market. I lead and develop a multidisciplinary local team of over 40 professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. My role includes supervising project planning, execution, and commercial strategy, as well as managing a portfolio of more than 1,200 MW across wind, solar, and hybrid projects. I provide regular updates and financial results (P&L) to the global board and executive leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability in performance tracking. Additionally, I am responsible for building strong relationships with commercial, regulatory, institutional, and political entities in Brazil, while actively promoting the Acciona Energía brand within the market and across key sector organizations.

At the forefront of new business and opportunities for the company in the Brazilian market, always looking for effective and creative solutions to the demands of the global directorate of investments in the country, both in the regulated market and in the free energy market. Interfacing the relationship with suppliers, partners and government entities. Technically supporting all the project stakeholders, including the financial area.

Manager in charge for the development and technical support during the construction and operation of wind farms. It includes, among others, prospecting, renting and land regularization for wind projects; registration and qualification of projects along with energy planning authority (EPE) and national electricity agency (ANEEL), in order to participate in energy auctions events and free market´s projects; coordinating along with the Electric System National Operator (ONS) and/or electricity utilities companies the access to the transmission system, and get the authorization to connect with the grid; managing consultancies and working directly with social-environmental licensing organizations to obtain all the pertaining permissions and authorizations; managing power purchase agreements (PPA) and billing systems of power plants along with Electric Energy Trading Chamber (CCEE); managing and installing anemometer masts for wind studies; and supervision of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts.
