Goal: To create a proof of concept that will help Pariveda Solutions implement a custom search engine to create a single point of access for searching their knowledge base. Value: Streamlining the internal search process allowed Pariveda Solutions to integrate a fully featured search application into their company tool set. Determined the optimal technical environment for development Established a framework for Pariveda Solutions to implement a panoptic search Created an ASP.Net prototype to verify the initial search proposal

Goal: to create and maintain a ASP.Net Web Application that will serve to consolidate the hiring, on-boarding, and time keeping records for the staff at the Alabama Productivity Center into one centralized location. Value: The staff members of the Alabama Productivity Center have more time to create more opportunities for students at the University of Alabama, and now South Alabama and The University of Alabama at Birmingham. Helped create and maintain an ASP.Net Web Application that allows students to apply online, and allow the staff to review, interact, and promote students into a role within the company. Used Microsoft Database Management System to create a database to store all information about the company staff members, applicants, and interns. Created Google charts that allow for real time charts to be built for customized information that our business and others we work with have requested. http://apc.ua.edu/

Acted as liaison between freshman class and Executive Committee -Present issues, concerns, and questions from the freshmen class to the officers and relay them back to the freshmen

* Goal: To consolidate and simplify the notification system in the ServiceNow application for the technical support team * Value: Boosting the efficiency for the Technical Support Team, and giving them valuable data when notified of problems. * Worked with a partner to create requirements documents as well as unit testing documents for Protective Life’s ServiceNow platform. * Learned the ServiceNow Platform as well as Javascript and some HTML. * Learned how to communicate efficiently with superiors and teammates so they understand my questions and concerns.

Worked in an environment where I was in Charge of keeping up with orders and making sure they go out in a timely manner. -Learned a lot about Time Management that allowed me to be able to do all my work before the end of the day.

* Goal: To create an official Ducks Unlimited club for The University of Alabama, and create an event that lets the Tuscaloosa community become more informed about wildlife management. * Value: Raising money for the Ducks Unlimited National Organization and creating a structured group to continue the awareness about Ducks Unlimited and Wildlife Management. * My Contribution: * ● Had to go through an interview process as well as Source teaching to become president of a new school organization. * ● Learning how to delegate all the responsibilities of a Ducks Unlimited event to many people in order to have the best event possible. * ● Creating a Structure for the organization by creating a set of By-Laws and a Constitution which the Organization will be able to follow for years after I have left and be helpful. * ● Learning how to sell and items and ideas to people and organizations so that we would be able to make our event and organization a reality.
