-Generate new business through cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, etc. -Develop, maintain, and close new business opportunities. -Nurture and grow relationships with new clients. -Track and gather market and business intelligence using CRM tools and social media. -Identify and execute existing growth opportunities. -Partner closely with full-time Account Executives.

-Responsible for efficiently coordinating all live entertainment during men's and women's basketball and volleyball games through communication across various departments including marketing, teams, PA announcers, audio, visual, media, band, cheer, and outside performers. - Increase Lopes Club membership by selling multi-thousand dollar season packages. -Train and mentor new Street Team members for events, including task management and communicating team policies and procedures. - Expand Future Havocs Club commitment via sales pitches. -Promote group ticket sales by finding and establishing contacts with new organizations. The primary focus is building attendance in women’s sports. -Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies, promotions, and campaigns -Be a point of contact for the rest of the team by having extensive knowledge of the events.

-Work with GCU athletics in a marketing and event management role. -Assist with organization and maintenance of promotional item inventory for street team appearances. -Various duties on game days including but not limited to managing group participation, distributing giveaways, assisting with game operations, and manning inflatable inter-actives -Ability to work in fast-paced environments, where timing was of the utmost importance. -Sports marketing to promote athletic events by idea creation, tabeling, and event coordination.

-Work with Washington Rush Soccer Club to ensure their 300-team soccer tournament operations runs smoothly. -Responsible for leading an 8-person crew in tournament set-up and tear-down. Ensure that tournament operations continue to run smoothly during games. Reset fields and facilities each night for the following day’s games. -Assist with camper and parking lot flow so that all families arrive at games in a timely manner without causing traffic backup.

-Provide the highest level of service to the customers in a high stress-environment by having strong communication and organization skills. -Quickly promoted to coordinate the food expo line, which connects all parts of the restaurant. This requires the ability to think quickly and make changes on the fly. -Ensure new team members are performing efficiently, by providing proper training on the restaurant's procedures and policies.

-Volunteered at the prestigious HoopHall high school basketball tournament to ensure tournament operations ran well. -Responsible for ensuring that tournament games were able to be played in a safe environment by managing spectator foot-traffic. -Worked with tournament hospitality to provide teams and staff with directions within facilities and access to necessary services and amenities.

-Encouraged fan participation by promoting and assisting visitors with race day mobile app. -Managed prizes and promotional inventory for the event. -Worked independently in a loud and faced-paced environment, while having to learn basic overall knowledge of NASCAR on the fly.

I am currently a Junior at GCU, who is majoring in Business Management with a minor in Data Analytics.
