With 28 years of professional experience, I have sound theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical skills with all kind of Systems onboard offshore rigs (semi, FPSO, jackup, etc.), including E&I and Control Systems, Drilling Systems, and marine systems. I always provide feasible and efficient solutions for critical engineering problems as well as during commissioning / sea trial. I am very familiar with most of the rules and regulations, especially NOSOK and UK Safety for harsh environment, working closely with DNV/NMD/PSA experts. In the last 20 over years, I have been at a supervision/management level, making technical specifications, planning for project schedule, leading or supervising installation and commissioning works. With my strong communication and coordination skill, I played a key role for the projects delivered ahead of or on schedule, with satisfactory from all parties. A few KFELS commissioning records were made under my supervision: shortest time for Load Test, FMEA, Sea Trail; zero E&I punch for NOSOK semi, etc.
