* Independently responsible for the NPM procurement for one plant; * Request for quotations (RFQ) and select suppliers according to requisitions; Optimize supplier base of plant； * Negotiation on price and T&Cs；Ensure security of supply to support operations of the plant and cost saving； * Implement global commodity strategy in the plant, improve effective of procurement, lower the operation risk. * Optimize reports template to visulize procurement performance, implement reports into APAC.

*Analyze suppliers’ performance including DIFOT, QC & EHS; Count filling rate of shipping and DCs’ operation cost; *Collecting raw materials & labor price trends, analyze suppliers’ price competitiveness;Provide data support to sourcing managers； *Analyze inventory level, give planner instruction of order quantity; Take part in company’s S&OP meeting, providing data analysis to support S&OP meeting.

*Daily order follow-up, monthly KPI review meeting with supplier to secure the in-time delivery. *Cooperated with distribution co-worker and sourcing to define the suitable shipment method, make sure the stable shipment lead time with low cost. *Forwarder KPI review, investigate the market with tender team. *System data update, prepare the monthly cost analysis report and in-time delivery report.
