Geek+ is a global leader in intelligent logistics robotics, specializing in providing end-to-end warehouse automation solutions for e-commerce, 3PL, and manufacturing industries. Led optimization and iteration of picking products for overseas markets. Analyzed warehouse business processes, identified improvement opportunities, and developed feasible solutions that were rapidly implemented using Geek+ picking robots. Introduced Geek+ picking robot solutions to U.S. clients, driving market expansion in North America. Led process definition and design (Process Blueprinting) during the project blueprint phase, and provided technical support and solution consulting during the implementation phase. Through in-depth business process analysis, helped clients significantly improve picking efficiency and shorten ROI cycles.

Xingbianli is a data-driven, user-centric new retail platform specializing in unattended smart shelves and O2O convenience stores. Joined the company at the early startup stage and was responsible for building and iterating the entire logistics system, while overseeing comprehensive supply chain planning and management. Completed the full WMS implementation within 2 months, supporting approximately 60 warehouses with a daily order volume exceeding 200,000. Designed and built a two-tier urban + last-mile distribution system (TMS). Within 4 months, daily distribution orders reached 8,000, transportation resources were reduced by over 20%, last-mile fulfillment rate increased by 10%, and customer satisfaction reached 99%. Managed operations across 3 warehouses, focusing on key performance indicators including cost rate, accuracy rate, satisfaction rate, and inventory turnover rate. Led the business model upgrade from “warehouse-rack” to “warehouse-store-rack,” significantly reducing delivery time, product loss, and overall costs. Managed a cross-functional team consisting of 6 logistics system product managers, 6 business operations staff, and 20 frontline operators. Clearly defined responsibilities and KPIs, which greatly improved team execution and efficiency.

Vipshop is a leading Chinese online discount retailer for branded products. Optimized and iterated WMS / WCS products; analyzed warehouse processes and drove continuous improvements. Introduced automation equipment (conveyor lines, sorters, DPS, Miniload, etc.), doubling daily fulfillment capacity while reducing labor costs. Implemented automated packaging machines (Guangzhou), DPS collection systems (Tianjin), and sorters/conveyors/DPS/Miniload (Chengdu). Planned and executed Forward Distribution Center (FDC) solutions, increasing order fulfillment capacity by 15%; solution later rolled out to other DCs. Collaborated with Vipshop Institute and Tsinghua University on efficiency studies (including path recalculation) and delivered feasibility reports.

Division of Canon Group, specializing in software development and implementation in ERP, factory automation, and logistics. Managed the logistics R&D department, including team building, product design, implementation, and maintenance. Successfully delivered Zhejiang Lianhua Logistics WMS/WCS project; after two iterations, annual distribution volume grew from over RMB 2 billion to over RMB 10 billion with the same headcount. Introduced automation equipment (conveyor lines, sorters, stackers, AGV, RFID, etc.) to clients, reducing transportation distance and costs while improving inventory turnover.
