About
I am honored to lead Grupo CCN, a Nicaraguan conglomerate encompassing industries like Beer and Alcoholic Beverages, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Retail, and Money Services Business (MSB). Excellence is possible even in complex lower-income markets, and as CEO, I strive to position Grupo CCN as a world-class company, able to generate economic, social, and environmental value. Our work is guided by a "sustainability-stakeholder-centric" approach, which reflects our deep commitment to our community and the environment. We take pride in our consistent growth in the top and bottom lines. We have built several of Nicaragua's most beloved brands and become our clients' favorite partners. Our commitment extends beyond borders, expanding our exports to fourteen countries. We are proud to be the only water-neutral and zero-waste company in Nicaragua and are on the path to becoming carbon-neutral. Additionally, we have become significant job creators, having been recognized numerous times as the best workplace, and have worked to improve society by graduating over 1,600 young technicians through our Educational NGO. We are currently leveraging our market position and technological advances to provide new products, services, and digital solutions that delight our consumers and help our customers (Channels) reduce transaction costs and grow their businesses. We also aim to foster an organizational culture rooted in excellence, always striving to balance productivity with the well-being of our team and community. Personally, I have grown within the Group CCN, working 26 years for the company, from sales and marketing positions to the CEO role. I consider myself someone able to capture the big picture while caring about the details that make operations run seamlessly.
