Focusing on global sourcing strategic implementation, global suppliers development, new technology/new raw material introduction, quote to win, DFM review, NPI to mass production etc. all these key activities. ＜5＞.Continuous Improvement Projects – Identify and facilitate the implementation of process and supply chain changes that will improve the profitability and asset utilization for assigned divisional customers while ensure acceptable levels of customer service and cost performance. ＜1＞.Setup REGO Asia sourcing center from Zero. Develop more than 45 suppliers to supply components to 6 plants globally. APAC area purchasing amount grow from 0 to 30 million USD per year.Export from 0 to 18million USD per year to 5 different plant in US/Europe and 1 plant in Shanghai. ＜2＞. Lead components low cost sourcing in APAC area, including ductile iron casting, stainless steel investment casting, injection, die cast, machining, forging, sealing, fastener, as well as electronic components suppliers searching, audit, sampling, testing, and finish the PPAP in US headquarter, and solve all kinds of technical or quality issues during PPAP until approve by US technical dept. ＜3＞.Define the Shanghai plant LNG vehicle, LNG engine, LNG filling station, hydrogen new energy key components localization roadmap, complete 85% product localize in China within 2 years.100% meet localization cost, leadtime, quality and products launch target date. ＜4＞. Lead the supply chain set up for Shanghai plan, including planning, MRP running, purchasing process, inventory plan, custom clearance process, and logistic flow, drive the ramp up production for all new products.

＜1＞.Lead 15 purchasing engineers, responsible for china company and global corporate purchasing activities in China. Execute corporate sourcing key metrics for supplier selection, price and contract negotiation, purchasing budget control, cost reduction, suppliers consolidation, OTD, LT and payment term improvement. ＜2＞.Suppliers consolidation and optimization: reduce suppliers qty. from 150 to 85, 100% key components second source implement. Execute key suppliers monthly MBR and performance appraisal. Make reasonable competition within suppliers. ＜3＞.Cost down: achieve $2.4million saving, 3% of yearly purchasing amount, via VA/VE, integrated purchasing, supplier competition, design change, improve the COPQ, even in the condition of raw material price increase.

＜1＞. Lead 3 sourcing team, responsible for mechanical components (welding, casting, machining, plastic, sheet metal, steel structure etc.) and electrical components(LVCC, cable, LV components etc.) purchasing strategy establishment and implementation. ＜2＞.Lead 220KV,550KV high voltage GIS new product switch from Switzerland and France to localize in China plant. ＜3＞. Set up Yangzhou new plant source process and implement nuclear product-busduct conductor localization for 100% meeting notional key nuclear project on time delivery. ＜4＞.Drive JIT production activity, using KANBAN, VMI, shorten Lead time and MOQ , improve the packing solutions and material flow to reduce the stock in company and supplier side.

＜1＞.Souring in China for the localization of big stamping/drawn parts, machining part, plastic and rubber part, fitting, and bearing parts. Carrying out the cost down project. ＜2＞.Organize OM Italy and Linde 335,336 electrical forklift localization. ＜3＞.Low-cost sourcing support to other global plants.

As a material lead in the introduction of MT20U system, EURO-III system and '05/5 minor change for DE (a card model). Implement Toyota's Kanban system for daily order and OTD managment.
