I shape how the company is perceived, how the product evolves, and how the business compounds over time. My work is about turning complexity into leverage. I design systems, build technology, and create structures that allow the company to move faster, execute better, and win in the long run. I worked on advancing autonomous robotics systems, focusing on reinforcement learning, evolutionary algorithms, and machine learning applied to control and decision-making. My work explored how intelligent agents can learn, adapt, and operate in complex, real-world environments — bridging simulation and physical robotics. I designed and implemented learning-based approaches, including Q-learning variants and sub-agent architectures, to optimize control policies and emergent behaviors in legged robots. Key contributions include: • Developing reinforcement learning frameworks for autonomous control and decision-making • Applying evolutionary algorithms for parameter and behavior optimization • Designing self-righting (SR) strategies in quadruped robots through learning-based approaches • Working with real and simulated platforms (including Unitree robots) integrated via ROS • Contributing to scientific research, including authorship and co-authorship of academic papers

I founded Preparação Sigma to rethink how students prepare for highly competitive university entrance exams. Instead of traditional content-heavy approaches, I built a system focused on strategic review, problem-solving, and the development of high-performance reasoning under pressure. I lead both the design and execution of the program — from curriculum architecture to classroom delivery — ensuring a clear connection between methodology and results. My work includes: • Designing structured learning systems focused on efficiency and outcomes • Teaching mathematics through problem-solving and strategic reasoning • Developing proprietary study materials and simulation-based assessments • Tracking and analyzing student performance to continuously refine the approach The project is driven by a clear goal: reduce educational gaps and increase students’ competitive access to top public universities through a practical, results-oriented methodology.

I help students develop real-world English fluency — focused on communication, not theory. My work is centered on designing structured learning systems that enable students to operate confidently in everyday and professional environments as early as possible. I don’t treat English as an academic subject. I design communication systems that can be applied under real conditions. My work includes: • Training functional English for work, relocation, and daily life • Preparing students for real professional scenarios (e.g. childcare, customer service, service roles) • Developing listening and speaking from day one — even at beginner level • Designing scenario-based lessons using role-play and applied vocabulary I use practical methodologies, proprietary materials, and real-world simulations — prioritizing fluency, confidence, and autonomy over excessive theory.

I worked as a Mathematics instructor and academic support lead at SESI Moinho, extending the impact of Preparação Sigma within a formal school environment. This role emerged as a direct adjacency of Sigma — a project I founded — which was later recognized and approved by the school’s leadership as an initiative to strengthen students’ performance in Mathematics. My work focused on reinforcing foundational knowledge while developing students’ ability to solve complex problems independently. Key responsibilities included: • Supporting students in reviewing and deepening core Mathematics concepts • Guiding problem-solving using past entrance exam exercises (UFSC, UDESC, ACAFE) • Strengthening analytical thinking and autonomy in learning • Bridging conceptual understanding with practical application in exam contexts The initiative was designed to reduce learning gaps and build a solid, applied understanding of Mathematics — aligned with the same performance-driven approach developed in Sigma.

I lead the technological direction of the company, building and scaling systems that power accounting operations in real-world environments. My role goes beyond engineering execution — I’m responsible for structuring the team, defining architecture, and aligning technology with product and business strategy. I focus on creating scalable, reliable systems that enable fast execution without compromising maintainability. I was responsible for developing the frontend of web-based accounting solutions, working closely with product and backend teams to deliver reliable and scalable applications. I built interfaces and systems designed to handle real user demands, focusing on performance, clarity, and maintainability. I was responsible for building and optimizing technology-driven accounting solutions, combining full-stack development, UI/UX design, and process automation. My work focused on improving operational efficiency by automating repetitive workflows and designing systems that streamline real-world accounting processes. I operated across the full product stack — from user experience to backend logic — ensuring both usability and performance.
