Ice hockey referee within multiple levels of Adults and Juniors since 2008. In total 1000+ games. Currently a Head Referee in Suomi-sarja and U20, U18 & U16 SM-leagues.

I made a successful exit from partnership and left my role to have a sabbatical leave. I was working at Creators since day one and was co-founding it. I was responsible for all operational activities including the well-being of our Creators, scouting for new talents & marketing. Main achievements during 6 years: ✔ Latest eNPS +93 with a 96% response rate ✔ Employee amount grew from 0 to 100+ (most of them recruited by me!) ✔ Revenue grew from 0 € to 8+ M€ ✔ Profitability well over 15% (market average ~10%)

Moved to Oslo for a secondment to ramp-up the business of Barona in Norway and be responsible for all business operations in Norway. Main focus was to transfer the processes, culture and successful customer relationships from Finland to Norway and to recruit the local Barona team. Fall of 2016 was a hell of a growth in our business - basically from zero to a 2 M€ (yearly) business. During early 2017 the business turned into being profitable first time ever in Norway. The ramp-up so far was a great success – strategic and financial targets were achieved and a new local team was in place. Goals set for me were fullfilled and so I returned to Finland after July 2017.
