In this capacity, I assessed and reported on monthly market payments and remittances for grid-distributed electricity, enhancing financial transparency and process efficiency for utilities and improving data disclosure to stakeholders. I conducted impact analysis on the N1.3T ($2.8B) Federal Government of Nigeria Payment Assurance Facility (PAF I & II) intervention in the Nigerian Electricity Supply Industry (NESI) from FY 2017 to 2020 for accurate reporting and informed management decisions making which was aimed at ensuring improved generation and grid stability,

In this capacity, I represented NBET regarding developing the ECOWAS Regional Electricity Regulatory Authority (ERERA) framework and operationalization of the West Africa Power Pool (WAPP) at Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso aimed at contributing to the establishment of an integrated regional electricity market . ☛ I directed and supported an inter-departmental team of six members on a dedicated internal change management program ("Project Vision") to elevate productivity and business engagements by creating annual strategic plan and quarterly performance indicators. ☛ I ensured consistent messaging and branding as well as effectively assessed and mitigated reputation risks by developing external reporting framework in conjunction with executive management team.

In this capacity, I created standard operating procedures for all four corporate divisions of the company, which resulted in stimulating efficiency and alignment of company-wide policy objectives. Pioneered the set-up of the human resources Unit and administrative protocols to enhance office operations. ☛ I assisted in the completion of four appraisal cycles and facilitated career advancement of personnel during FY 2013-2015 by developing the NBET corporate performance framework. ☛ I enhanced productivity and boosted staff morale by designing a corporate competency model and annual FY 2013-2016 training plans.

While serving as Capacity-Building Expert at the Mineral Sector Support for Economic Diversification (MINDIVER) Project, I provided hands-on technical support to multi-functional teams to produce high-quality project deliverables. This included executing comprehensive capacity-building initiatives and ensuring timely delivery of project reports to optimize project outcomes. Following are the highlights of the value that I achieved in this role: ☛ I collaborated in the evaluation of performance indicators, such as bankability and long-term viability of the CEC in attracting capital investment and infrastructure development by supporting the creation of a multisector project strategy report and results framework, which has been adopted by the Nigerian government as blueprint for the solid minerals sector. ☛ I played an integral role in the organization of technical and validation workshops for government agencies, training 150 participants on project execution and sustainability across a two-day session.
