While serving as Capacity-Building Expert at the Mineral Sector Support for Economic Diversification (MINDIVER) Project, I provided hands-on technical support to multi-functional teams to produce high-quality project deliverables. This included executing comprehensive capacity-building initiatives and ensuring timely delivery of project reports to optimize project outcomes. Following are the highlights of the value that I achieved in this role: ☛ I collaborated in the evaluation of performance indicators, such as bankability and long-term viability of the CEC in attracting capital investment and infrastructure development by supporting the creation of a multisector project strategy report and results framework, which has been adopted by the Nigerian government as blueprint for the solid minerals sector. ☛ I played an integral role in the organization of technical and validation workshops for government agencies, training 150 participants on project execution and sustainability across a two-day session.
