Heng Xu

I am a Master’s student in Information Systems (AI Track) at Johns Hopkins University and an upcoming new graduate actively seeking full-time opportunities in Data Analytics / Product Analytics / Business Intelligence. I previously interned as a Data Analyst at J.P. Morgan, where I analyzed 5M+ Citi Bike ride records, built ETL pipelines with Python and SQL, and delivered behavioral insights and Tableau dashboards to support operational planning and decision-making. I also conducted time-series analysis and stock forecasting for Apple, Tesla, and NVIDIA. More recently, I worked as a Quantitative Research Intern at Huatai International Securities, where I designed A/B testing frameworks and backtesting systems to evaluate trading strategies, improving decision accuracy by 22% and achieving a Sharpe ratio of 2.69. This experience strengthened my ability to combine statistical rigor with real-world business impact. I am currently open to 2025–2026 new graduate Data Analyst / Product Analyst roles and excited to contribute to data-driven teams by turning complex data into actionable insights.
