To optimize major component lives by conducting Condition Monitoring initiatives - Provide recommendations & reports based on fluid ( SOS ) / magnetic plugs / filter cut analysis - - Ensure quality of maintenance and safety TU in work locations - Make Sure Support Component in Site - Liaise to Client as Company Representative Major Action : - Ensure work performed conforms with Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) Corporate procedures, and official standards and requirements : * Achieve Corporate HSE Performance Targets * Meet OHSAS 18001 requirements * Meet ISO 14001 requirements - Ensure the Quality of Cat Component /Unit in Site can operate well with High Mechanical Utility. - Assist Maintenance Operator/mining Operator how are important TPMS in unit operating. - Prepare a Schedule or stock Component in schedule CCO (Component change out). - Make Sure an Efficient cost for CCO. - Assist Part Order run well. - Be participate to review Failure Analyst Request for Failure Component that Repair/Recondition in CRC (Planning/unplanned). - Check Tools & Component Regularly, to Avoid a failure in future - Power Train, Engine, etc - analyze and make forecasts of parts and components to fulfill customer needs
