I am Hendra Soetantyo, an industrial engineer, graduated from University of Surabaya (UBAYA). My specialization in Logistic and Supply Chain Management. I am passionate about how to make product and how to deliver it to the customer. I have experience as a Product Supply Chain at PT Insera Sena (Polygon Bikes). I work to ensure the supply fulfillment of the finished goods, to arrange the production schedule, and coordinate phase in phase out of new products. The other experience is acting as Product Management. I work to create new products, to combine customer needs, market and industry trends, and business orientation, arrange product line up, and formulate pricing. It’s a challenging job that I have taken. During this job I made some improvements, such as: Made SOP to manage product launch schedule and Made simplifying component used to prevent dead stock and maximize profit. These improvements bring so much impact to the company. Joining the Polygon Global team is a priceless experience. We work with so many people around the world with different culture and mindset, just to aim one vision, SUCCESS.
