* In a context of Den Braven group purchase by ARKEMA company my objectives and success are : * Create a positive synergy between all activities and departments to improve performance and Finance analysis and information * Manage, train and promote finance people * Upgrade Ebitda + 1M€ (a deep analysis of the expenses : interim, maintenance, contacts review..) and WK * 2M€ ( better stock management through a S&OP method to reduce stock level and wrtie off...)

* Responsible in remote for the Swiss subsidiary, 20M€ turnover and 20 employees. * I report locally in Paris to CFO and the Swiss-based CEO. * Missions: * Produce and analyze the monthly US GAAP reporting and KPI * Establish and revise the budget and the forecast * Analyze and justify the operating expenses and cost savings

* Main Achievements: * Implementing the Internal Audit department. * Recruiting and training a new audit team. * Succesfully embedding and promoting an audit culture through several presentation and workshops to different level of management. * Reinforcing the internal controls through an annual risk assessment and process auditing. * Planning and organising the assurance meeting in liaison with local and head quarter management.

* Head of two legal entities, newly acquired by the Geodis Calberson Group following a merger with Tailleur Industrie. * Context: Creation of the position to upgrade the new acquired company to Geodis group process and policies, recruitment and training accounting team. * Success: * Implement cost accounting and monthly and annual closing process * Recruit and train a new team of 4 accountants * Implement a new ERP and ETAFI for the production of statutory accounts * Integrate and manage a second subsidiary to the group

* An ice cream industry freshly purchased from Nestle Tunisia, I was hired to accomplish an accounting and finance reorganization and process improvements. * Main Achievements: * Assisting and working closely with the finance team in place to implement a closing process and controls. * Providing the annual budget. * Managing meetings to discuss & review KPI’s results. * Implemented financial reporting. * Auditing commercial achievements.

* Context: Creation of the position by the head office based in Boston, I am appointed to strengthen the financial information of the first subsidiary, training accounting team, integrating a new acquisition * Success: * Automate management report via BO to reduce the reporting deadline -1 day, from D + 5 to D + 4 * Conduct the administrative and financial integration of a new entity to US GAAP standards within 6 months * Implement budget and forecast process * Analyze the business: geography, industry, services / products, for a better sales representative focus and achievement * Track and analyze sales, goals of sales people and CEO

* Manager of two legal entities, 65M € turnover and 100 employees. * Report locally to the General Manager and functionally to the Oslo-based Finance Department. * Success: * Strengthen and develop the accounting department: recruit a new team, set up controls, set up the monthly and annual closing process in relation with external auditors * Reduce the closing deadline * 2 days, from 7 to 5 * Automate payments in JDE to reduce processing time by 7 days compared to 15 initially.
