As an Innovator and Researcher.. I was privileged to do the following things Conceptualized and developed a model driven framework which can structure, manage and secure the intellectual knowledge (knowledge which currently is locked in the brain of the engineers) within an enterprise thereby safeguarding the most important asset of an engineering enterprise. Conceptualized and developed a structural modeling best practices whereby domain level class diagrams can be designed to show the entire structural complexity of a system in a single frame of vision along with non functional requirements like usability and flexibility. Conceptualized and developed best practices for modeling the structural and behavioral complexity of software systems using UML. Conceptualized and developed a model driven and a declarative programming framework using which along 80% of a web based system can be enabled (without any specific and explicit coding) along with various housekeeping services. I also was also involved in the detailed study of the following and its corresponding solutions. Human limitations faced by software professionals when dealing with complex software systems. Source and sink property of information along with the chaining property of requirements which is a domain independent way of precisely validating the requirements for completeness. The human limitation of “Single frame of vision” and its impact on various phases of SDLC. Inability of a human brain to comprehend hundreds of scenarios that needs to be considered and handled in a use case. Absence of Analysis Models and its repercussions on different phases of SDLC. Pioneering the concept of "Patterns in Business" and “Pattern Oriented Product Innovation” which is an engineering way of designing and innovating products and services.

While at HP, he was involved in designing the application for system "DIGITAL PEN AND PAPER" for its clients HP Barcelona.

While at i2, he was involved in the Supply Chain Planning implementation for SHELL Global Solutions. In fact he was the second member of this team for a total strength of 100 members located worldwide. This was the first time a SCP solution was being implemented for Oil and Gas Industry.
