Responsible for develop IoT and Robotic in Astra Agro Lestari

Responsible for implementation of Excellent Productivity (xPro) 2.0 in every site. We analyze implementation of new system/standard operating procedur (SOP) and find solution to get better productivity. I am focusing on Workshop and Equipment Maintenance Department's system. I evaluate management of maintenance's vehicle, like preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, spare parts management, administration, tools management, ect.

Get data from old system and present workflow, analyze it, make improvement to get new and better system, and then evaluate new system. My responsible is to review infield maintenance system in Teknik Department. This division have responsible for maintain truck, ex. Dump Truck, and Agricultural Truck.

Responsible for mold design, if something happen at production or assembly stage, I have to make decision for repair the mold. I make improvement for software utility. I make program, using HTML and Javascript to get faster process. If older process need 2 hour to make 100 holes, my program can make 100 hole in just 30 minutes. I joined in team that have responsible to get new system. In design department, we have idea to change 2D design with 3D design but we get many problem, like supplier still use 2D drawing to make parts. I contribute for making standard in 3D assembly process.
