I have held CEO/C-Suite leadership roles at P&O Maritime Logistics, Topaz Energy and Marine and Svitzer. My experience in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa emphasized growth, acquisitions, market entries, partnerships, and turnarounds/transformations. Career highlights: • As CEO of P&O, delivered the best returns on capital investment and EBITDA margins in the industry. • As COO of Topaz from 2017-2020, key role in ensuring company thrived in an industry downturn that saw all competitors facing Chapter-11-equivalent financial restructurings. • As CEO for Svitzer Americas, tripled revenue/size of the business – roughly 300% growth vs. <20% industry average. Opened up the Chinese market through partnership with several Chinese port companies. • Key leadership role in ~50 acquisition processes, and ~20 successful outcomes, including DP World’s acquisition of Topaz Energy and Marine – at the time an industry record of $1.3B. • Built world-class teams and strong company cultures characterized by communication, transparency, and delegation. At Svitzer, achieved top 1% for employee engagement across the entire Maersk Group. I have also served on several boards, including partnerships, startups, and industry associations.
