I am a mechanical engineer with a passion for driving continual improvement in manufacturing operations. I have a bachelor's degree in mechanical power engineering from Menoufia University. In my previous roles as a production engineer at Al Helal & Silver Star and Arab Malaysian Electrical Industries Company , I gained valuable experience in plastic manufacturing, injection and Extrusion machines, and process improvement. I was responsible for assigning the daily production plans, Operating Moulds and Machines, defining the required materials. I have experience in plastic Materials like PP,ABS,PVC,PET,PC,PBT,SAN,PS,PA,POM And Bakelite. I can solve all injection molding defects such as blisters, sink marks, weld lines, burn marks, discoloration, delamination, flash, short shot ,…. I was responsible for solving any problem in the factory. I also provided technical leadership and mentorship to process technicians and operators and created and followed process documentation. I applied lean manufacturing systems, Six Sigma, 5S, and TPM, and used analytical tools, and problem-solving to achieve high standards of efficiency, quality, safety, and productivity. I have experience in Hydraulic system and maintenance due to my work with injection machines,pistons,valves and pumps, I am motivated by learning new skills, working with diverse teams, and delivering value to customers.
