I support the Africa-Europe Partnership to Exchange on Education Reforms (PEERS) project funded by the EU and implemented by Expertise France, EDUFI and ADEA. I will particularly focus on supporting the East Africa Community.

- Opening of the CAR UNESCO office in January 2007 and mobilization of 2 M USD; - Following up on institutional relations with CAR authorities, - Supervising and prospecting for UNESCO projects in CAR in the education, media, sciences and culture sectors; - Leading the partnership between CAR Ministry and local education donors for development and endorsement of a sector wide education strategy; - Presentation of the CAR financing request to the EFA-FTI (Education For All - Fast Track Initiative) Catalytic Fund Committee; - Supervising modernisation of the education ministry information system; - Coordinating CAR UNESCO programmes with local UN Agencies and local donors; - Member of the UN Country Team; - Managed the administrative and institutional aspects of the CAR UNESCO antenna.

- Technical and organizational support to the Education Ministry, particularly to Planning and Statistics Service; - Local co-coordination support to the CAR education system diagnostic (CSR); - Participation in survey and analysis of pupils knowledge achievements (PASEC); - Support to internal and external Ministry communication; - Following up on the relation of multi-donors partnership; - Participation in the development of CAR PRSP
