I was the TOC (Certified Accountant) and responsible for the accounting department; preparation and filing of fiscal returns; contacts with the Fiscal Administration;contacts with auditors and fiscal consultants; preparation of the transfer prices documentation; primary contact with several departments within the FSSC (Finance Shared Services Center) located in Maastricht, Holland;

For several years I was responsible for preparing the AOP (Annual Operating Plan), regarding the several Business units within the company in order to cover each cost center's planned activity for the upcoming year, detailed by US Gaap account; month end close preparation and actuals vs. Budget reports submission; quarterly revenue Forecasts and expenses forecasts in coordination with the Business units; monthly inventory levels analysis; key contact with the several finance departments for each business unit, located in Lausanne, Switzerland;

I managed a team with 3 persons and implemented several internal control processes in order to improve the customer service quality, taking in consideration all particularities related to the clinical environment;

Reporting to the Finance Manager I had several tasks inherent to the logistics processes such as stocks management, purchase orders management, billing and customer service support;

Reporting to the Accounting Manager I was responsible for the Accounts Payable process;
